D’banj has been summoned to court, According NET who was at D’banj’s house in Osaro Isokpan Street in Lekki Phase 1 were they found court summons pasted in front of the hit maker’s house.

The suit number is LD/ADR/445/14 with hearing expected on January 26th 2015, but might be postponed as Judiciary Staff Union of Nigeria (JUSUN) are currently on an indefinite strike.
