Award
winning Pop act, Davido, rated among the A-list artistes in Nigeria,
has revealed how he got the inspiration that led to his first hit song,
‘Dami Duro’.

during the third edition of Nigerian Entertainment Conference which
took place on Wednesday, April 22, 2015 at the Eko Hotel and Suites, the

inspired him to record the song, ‘Dami Duro.’
‘The
day I made Dami Duro, I had just come out from the Police station, most
of all the songs I do are from the things that happen to me and inspire
me in the society.’

well-received throughout Nigeria and beyond after it was released in
2011.
